These Terms & Conditions serve as a communication and operational guideline from the FPO authority to all its members. Please review them carefully.
The FPO is committed to supporting its members through effective communication, agricultural resources, and technical assistance as per the agreed terms of the Samriddhi Connect platform. In case of any inability to deliver a promised service, we are dedicated to providing clarity and alternative support promptly.
If any resource, material (e.g., seeds, fertilizers), or service (e.g., machinery booking) agreed upon by the FPO is unavailable due to unforeseen supply chain circumstances or weather conditions, members are encouraged to notify the authority. The FPO will work diligently towards resolving the issue or providing an equivalent alternative.
The FPO values constructive feedback and encourages members to voice their concerns regarding services or app operations. All complaints must be submitted through the app's support section or in writing. The FPO management will review and address them transparently and efficiently.
Any changes to community agreements, application features, or services will be communicated to members in advance via the app's notification strip. Adjustments, refunds, or compensations for procured goods, if applicable, will be subject to mutual agreement between the member and the FPO.
All members are expected to adhere to the FPO’s guidelines and policies for mutual benefit and community cooperation. Misuse of the Samriddhi Connect application, falsification of farming data, or violation of community terms may result in corrective actions or suspension of app access.
